Work Program definition

Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.
Work Program means a nonresidential public or private service work project established and administered by the division for juvenile offenders for the purpose of rehabilitation, education, and restitution to victims.
Work Program means an itemization and time schedule of the Petroleum Operations to be carried out under this Contract.

Examples of Work Program in a sentence

  • The Union shall be notified by the Employer if there is a request for a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Program for a nurse.

  • Such extensions shall be authorized in advance by the City in writing and shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Contract or the attached Work Program in the manner provided in Section 5.

  • Participation in the Return to Work Program is based on a medical release to return to work.

  • Continuing eligibility in the Return to Work Program is based upon receipt of medical data documenting the employee’s functional improvement.

  • If the employer is unable to offer appropriate work within the employee’s limitations, the employer shall provide for the employer’s portion of the health care benefit while the employee is in the Return to Work Program.


More Definitions of Work Program

Work Program means the work commitments itemizing the Petroleum Operations to be carried out in relation to the Contract Area for the required period as defined in Clause 7.
