Work/Service definition

Work/Service means the provision of equipment, supplies, labor, supervision, transportation installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling of the facilities necessary and/or convenient to the successful completion of the Work/Service described in the applicable provisions of the Contract and covering offer of the Contractor as accepted by ADB.
Work/Service means the works/services to be executed/ provided in accordance with the contract or part thereof as the case may be and shall include all extra, additional, altered or substituted works as required for performance of the contract.

  • Without prejudice to the above, UNIDO reserve the right to request price reductions and revisions set forth in Annex C, if UNIDO demonstrates to the Contractor that lower prices for Goods and/or Work/Service identical to those covered by this Contract can be achieved by contracting with other providers.

  • This document (together with the attached Service Level Tables) is the “Service Level Agreement” part of the Statement of Work/Service Level Agreement between Vendor and Customer.

  • CITY will pay CONTRACTOR in current funds for the completion of the Work/Service for all items listed on the Price Schedule and in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Payment(s) shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the invoice(s) issued in accordance with the invoicing instructions set forth in Article 3.04 and subject to the acceptance of the Goods and/or Work/Service under the Contract by UNIDO.

  • Parties will perform the services described in the Scope of Work/Service attached hereto as Addendum A and made a part thereof.

Related to Work/Service

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.
