Work vehicle definition

Work vehicle means a vehicle owned or leased by an employer and used by employees during the course of their employment.
Work vehicle means a vehicle owned by the Authority and used by Authority personnel for business purposes. The term “work vehicle,” as used in this policy, has the same meaning as the term “employer-provided vehicle,” as used by the IRS.
Work vehicle means a vehicle (other than a land tractor) which has a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 km/h and which is constructed primarily for any work other than the conveyance by road of goods or burden of any other description.
