Work vehicle definition

Work vehicle means a vehicle owned or leased by an employer and used by employees during the course of their employment.
Work vehicle means a vehicle owned by the Authority and used by Authority personnel for business purposes. The term “work vehicle,” as used in this policy, has the same meaning as the term “employer-provided vehicle,” as used by the IRS.
Work vehicle means a vehicle (other than a land tractor) which has a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 kilometres per hour and which is constructed primarily for any work other than the conveyance by road of goods or burden of any other description.
