Workforce means employees, volunteers, trainees or other persons whose performance of work is under the direct control of a party, whether or not they are paid by that party.
Workforce housing means housing for sale or rent with combined rental costs
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework, dated September 15, 2009 and disclosed at the Association’s Infoshop on December 15, 2009, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.
Health and Human Services or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.
General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function is often impaired. Patients often require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and positive pressure ventilation may be required because of depressed spontaneous ventilation or drug-induced depression of neuromuscular function. Cardiovascular function may be impaired.
