Working Capacity definition

Working Capacity has the meaning set forth in Exhibit K.
Working Capacity means the volume of liquid that a septic tank or holding tank is capable of holding without overflowing while it is in its working position but does not include the volume of liquid contained in a compartment in which a pump or siphon is installed.
