Fees under this subsection (b)(i) shall accrue for each day from and after the issuance of the initial Letter of Credit, and accrued fees shall be payable on each Quarterly Date and on the earlier of the date the Working Capital Commitments are terminated or the last day of the Working Capital Availability Period and, if later, on the first day thereafter on which no Letters of Credit are outstanding.
During the Working Capital Availability Period the Borrower shall pay to the Agent for the account of the Banks ratably in proportion to their Working Capital Commitments a commitment fee at the applicable per annum Commitment Fee Rate on the daily amount by which the aggregate amount of the Working Capital Commitments exceeds the sum of outstanding principal amount of the Working Capital Loans plus the Letter of Credit Exposure.
The Loans shall mature on the last day of the Working Capital Availability Period.
