Working Capital Availability Period definition

Working Capital Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the Working Capital Maturity Date or such earlier date as the Working Capital Commitments shall have expired or been terminated.
Working Capital Availability Period means the Closing Date until the Working Capital Loan Termination Date.
Working Capital Availability Period has the meaning provided in Section 2.02(a) (Availability).
