Working Capital Charges. Working Capital Charges shall mean a Party’s internal finance charges for carrying Product in inventory and receivables in respect of Products. The cost of capital used by a Party in calculating such charges shall be no greater than the lowest cost of capital routinely used by such Party in calculating internal working capital charges for products carried in inventory that are not Products and receivables in respect of such products.
