Working Capital Creditors definition
Working Capital Creditors has the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Working Capital Creditors means the finance parties under the Working Capital Finance Documents.
Working Capital Creditors and “Working Capital Creditor” mean the creditor(s) that provide the Short Term Working Capital Facility under the Credit Facilities Agreement and/or the Short Term Working Capital Facility under the Second Credit Facilities Agreement (as the case may be); and
More Definitions of Working Capital Creditors
Working Capital Creditors means, at any relevant time, the holders of the Working Capital Obligations at that time, including but not limited to, the Working Capital Lenders and the EXIM Lender.
Working Capital Creditors. (i) all amounts owing to trade creditors by the Group in respect of goods or services supplied to the Group at the appropriate time (whether or not invoiced and whether or not then due and payable and including all accruals) (ii) all payments received by any Group Member from any customer on account and in respect of goods and services not yet provided by the Group (iii) all taxes, duties, imposts or levies relating to goods or services supplied by the Group or the employees of the Group (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, corporation tax) and all social security or other similar payments owed or owing by the Group (iv) all other creditors usually stated or included in the audited financial statements of the Group, but excluding, in all cases, any amount included in the definition of Debt and/or Capital Expenditure For the avoidance of doubt, creditors shall be reduced for payments which have been sent to suppliers but not yet cleared by the bank
Working Capital Creditors means, collectively, the Working Capital Agent and the Working Capital Lenders.
Working Capital Creditors and "WORKING CAPITAL CREDITOR" mean IFCT as the Short Term Working Capital Creditor and Bank of Ayudhya as the Overdraft Creditor (as the case may be) under this Agreement;
