Working Capital Delta definition
Working Capital Delta means an amount, which may be positive or negative, equal to Closing Working Capital minus Target Working Capital, in each case as finally determined by the Independent Accountant pursuant to this Section 2.2(i)(2).
Working Capital Delta has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(i)(2).
