Working Capital Inventory definition

Working Capital Inventory means (i) in relation to each relevant Business, its Business Inventory as at the Effective Time and (ii) in relation to each Group Company, all raw materials, consumables, work in progress, part-processed stocks, finished goods, goods for resale and stock in transit, wherever located, of said Group Company as at the Effective Time, as included in line items under the heading “Working Capital Inventory” in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 13;
Working Capital Inventory means all spare parts and coal inventory of any Company Entity, net of any allowances or reserves.
Working Capital Inventory means Transferred Inventory solely to the extent attributable to a Consumer Care

  • The calculation of the Net Working Capital, Inventory and the Cash shall be based on the Closing Accounts if Purchaser does not within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Closing Accounts provide the Seller with a written report asserting that the Closing Accounts received from Seller are incorrect applying the applicable rules under this Agreement by way of stating substantiated objections to that effect (the Objections).
