Working Capital Loan definition

Working Capital Loan has the meaning provided in Section 2.04(a) (Working Capital Loan Availability).
Working Capital Loan means a loan made by a Senior Lender pursuant to Section 2.03 (Borrowing of Working Capital Loans).
Working Capital Loan refers to the loan in local or foreign currency granted by the lender upon the application of the borrower which will be used as working capital to support routine production and operation of the borrower.

Examples of Working Capital Loan in a sentence

  • The Borrower unconditionally and irrevocably promises to pay to the Credit Facility Agent for the ratable account of each Working Capital Lender the aggregate outstanding principal amount of each LC Loan no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Working Capital Loan Termination Date.

  • Each Working Capital Lender’s Working Capital Commitment shall expire on the Working Capital Loan Termination Date and all other amounts owed hereunder with respect to Working Capital Loans and the Working Capital Commitments shall be paid in full no later than such date.

  • Neither the Credit Facility Agent nor the Working Capital Lenders are under any obligation hereunder to inquire into or verify the application of any Working Capital Loan but this does not affect or limit any Obligor’s obligations hereunder or under the Common Terms Agreement.

  • If such Lender pays such corresponding amount (together with such interest), then such corresponding amount so paid shall constitute such Lender’s Term Loan or Working Capital Loan, as applicable, included in such Advance.


More Definitions of Working Capital Loan

Working Capital Loan has the meaning assigned that term in Section 4.05(d).
Working Capital Loan means a loan made by the General Partners to the Partnership as described in Section 9.1
