Working Capital Lender definition

Working Capital Lender means any Lender that has a Working Capital Commitment.
Working Capital Lender means Silicon Valley Bank or another commercial bank regularly engaged in the business of lending money (excluding venture capital lenders, non-bank venture capital lenders, investment banking or similar institutions which sometimes engage in lending activities but which are primarily engaged in investments in equity securities) party to a Working Capital Intercreditor Agreement.
Working Capital Lender has the meaning given to it in Section 8.

  • Any such distribution shall be made to a Working Capital Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Working Capital Lender may request.

  • Each Working Capital Lender further agrees that each such payment shall be made without any offset, abatement, withholding or reduction whatsoever.
