Working Interest Share definition

Working Interest Share has the meaning set forth in the Participation Agreement.
Working Interest Share means that share of the costs, expenses, burdens and obligations of any type or nature attributable to Seller’s Working Interest in a Well, Lease or Unit. Appendix I: Page 9 The following Exhibits and Schedules have been omitted. The Company agrees to furnish by supplement a copy of the omitted Exhibits and Schedules to the Commission upon request.
Working Interest Share means, with respect to a Party and a Joint Interest, the aggregate percentage Working Interests in that Joint Interest held by that Party and its Affiliates. A Party’s Working Interest Share in one or more Joint Interests may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and any JOA. As of the Effective Date, the Working Interest Share of Gastar is equal to the Gastar Working Interest, and the Working Interest Share of Participant is equal to the Participant Working Interest, in each case computed out of the total Working Interest attributable to the Joint Interests.

Examples of Working Interest Share in a sentence

  • To be effective, any Title Defect notice must (i) be in writing, (ii) be received by Seller prior to the expiration of the Examination Period, (iii) describe the Title Defect in reasonable detail (including any alleged variance in the Net Revenue Interest, Working Interest or Working Interest Share), (iv) identify the specific Asset or Assets affected by such Title Defect and (v) include the value of such Title Defect as determined by Purchaser.

  • In partial consideration for the rights granted by GASCO to NFR and the other obligations of GASCO under this Agreement, NFR shall pay to GASCO a fee per Program Well equal to NFR’s Working Interest Share in such Program Well times $100,000 (the “Well Fee”).

More Definitions of Working Interest Share

Working Interest Share or “Working Interest Shares” shall mean a Party’s or Parties’ cost-bearing and ownership interest in the Project Area, including the Existing Leases, the Qualifying Xxxxx, the Subsequent Xxxxx and the AMI as set forth in Section 5.1.
Working Interest Share means a Party’s share of the costs and expenses of Operations based on its Working Interest in the applicable JV Interests, as such Working Interest is adjusted pursuant to Section 4.3.
Working Interest Share means with respect to NFR, sixty seven percent (67%) of the applicable Program Interest and with respect to GASCO, thirty three percent (33%) of the applicable Program Interest.

Related to Working Interest Share

  • Working Interest means an interest in oil and/or gas in the unit area by virtue of a lease, operating agreement, fee title, or otherwise, including a carried interest, the owner of which is obligated to pay, either in cash or out of production or otherwise a portion of the unit expense.

  • Working interest owner means a person or the estate of a person who owns an interest in oil and/or gas in the unit area by virtue of a lease, operating agreement, fee title, or otherwise, including a carried interest, the owner of which is obligated to pay, either in cash or out of production or otherwise a portion of the unit expense. “Working interest owner” does not include an unleased mineral owner.

  • Consenting working interest owner means any working interest owner who enters into an agreement with SWN pertaining to the operation of the Posey B Unit.

  • Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered Service. Depending on the plan type, Cost Share may include one or more of the following: deductible, Copay, Access Fee, and Coinsurance.

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.9.3.

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Unrecovered Initial Unit Price means at any time, with respect to a Unit, the Initial Unit Price less the sum of all distributions constituting Capital Surplus theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit and any distributions of cash (or the Net Agreed Value of any distributions in kind) in connection with the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit, adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of such Units.

  • Certificate Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Certificate, the percentage specified on such Certificate as the Certificate Percentage Interest, which percentage represents the beneficial interest of such Certificate in the Trust. The initial Certificate Percentage Interest held by the Depositor shall be 100%.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Deemed Partnership Interest Value means, as of any date with respect to any class of Partnership Interests, the Deemed Value of the Partnership Interests of such class multiplied by the applicable Partner's Percentage Interest of such class.

  • Participating Interest is defined in Section 1.2(d) hereof.

  • REMIC 2 Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Allocated Value means, in respect of any particular asset of a Participating CCAA Party, the amount of the sale proceeds realized from such asset, net of costs allocated to such asset all pursuant to the Allocation Methodology and, in respect of any Secured Claim, the amount of such sale proceeds receivable on account of such Secured Claim after taking into account the priority of such Secured Claims relative to other creditors holding a Lien in such asset;

  • Purchase Price Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-5 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.20.

  • Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.17.

  • Class A Membership Interest means a Class A Membership Interest in Holdings.

  • Fractional Undivided Interest Means the fractional undivided interest in the Trust that is evidenced by a Certificate.
