working month means a calendar month excluding any Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
working month means calendar months in which the employee is present at the workplace for at least seventy- five per cent (75%) of their normal scheduled hours. Employment may be confirmed or terminated at any time during this period. The probationary period may be extended for up to a further six (6) Working months at the sole discretion of the Employer with ten (10) days notice of such extension being given to the probationary employee prior to the end of the initial six (6) Working month period.

During the trial period, the employee shall retain the option of returning to the employee’s former position with the same procedure being followed as outlined above. Any other employee promoted or transferred in relation to the above assignment shall also be returned to that employee’s former position with the same procedure being followed as outlined above.
