Workplace Authority definition

Workplace Authority means the agency of that name referred to in the Workplace Relations Act, 1996.
Workplace Authority means the Federal Government body responsible for the lodgement and registration of all agreements. Year means the 12-month period starting on the date of the commencement of this agreement or starting on any anniversary of that date.
Workplace Authority has the meaning given that term in the WR Act. WR Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth).
