Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, the Customers shall comply with all terms and conditions contained in the RBI PPI Directions, to the extent applicable to the Customer.
Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.
