Works Committee definition

Works Committee has the meaning given in Section 11.1(a) of the Project Agreement.
Works Committee. ' means a works committee formed in accordance with Division 3 of Part 1C.
Works Committee means a Sub Committee of Campus Committee constituted by Vice Chancellor to assist in tendering and execution of works out of University Funds.

  • Meetings of the Works Committee may be held by means of such telephonic, electronic or other communication facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to communicate with each other simultaneously and instantaneously.

  • Specific items listed on the agenda may not be discussed at this time; however citizens are invited to speak to those specific issues at the time the Public Works Committee discusses that particular item.

  • No formal Public Works Committee action will be taken during this meeting although issues raised may become a part of a future agenda.

  • Members of the Works Committee may invite, on prior notice to all members, such advisors and consultants as they require from time to time to attend meetings and provide briefings to the Works Committee.
