Examples of Works Completion Certificate in a sentence
During the Contract, the Authority shall have a right to seek variation in the Work ("Variation") by way of a written proposal at any time prior to issuing of the Works Completion Certificate.
For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the entire or any section of the Works would be considered as complete when the execution of such Works under this Contract is complete in all respect and accepted by the Authority for the purpose of issuing a Works Completion Certificate.
The Authority shall issue an Interim Certificate on completion of the Greenhouse Facility; and the Authority shall issue Works Completion Certificate when the entire project (including both Greenhouse Facility and Animal Facility) would be considered as complete and the execution of such Works under this Contract is complete in all respect and accepted by the Authority in respect of those Works (“Project Completion date").

The Scope of Project shall be subject to a cumulative Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 60(Sixty) months from the date of issuance of Works Completion Certificate.
