Works Completion Certificate definition

Works Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Authority pursuant to with Clause 11.5 of this Contract on the Completion Date;
Works Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under the Sub-clause 14.4 [Works Completion Certificate]. 1.1.91 Amend by inserting the following new Sub-Clause at the end of Sub-Clause 1.1.90:

  • During the Contract, the Authority shall have a right to seek variation in the Work ("Variation") by way of a written proposal at any time prior to issuing of the Works Completion Certificate.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the GIPCL when the work/ s have been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Exemption Certificate is defined in clause (e) of Section 4.6.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
