Works Costs definition

Works Costs means the cost of labour as per Box 9, materials and services ruling on the date of this Contract.

Examples of Works Costs in a sentence

  • The EA2 Advance Works Costs and the Interface Works Costs (as described below) are reimbursable by the Government to the Company.

  • The proportionate amount to be refunded shall be equal to the amount of the Farmin Works Costs incurred with respect to any such Farmin Well.

  • The Allowance shall automatically expire and terminate on December 31, 2014 (the “Allowance Deadline”) and any unused portion of the Allowance existing on the Allowance Deadline, and any approved extension thereof, shall be forfeited and be free from any claims or interests of Tenant regardless of the status of Tenant’s work or Works Costs.

  • Such refund shall not in any way affect the Buyer's Payout of the Farmin Works Costs as provided under Clause 4.1.

Related to Works Costs

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.
