Works Requirements definition

Works Requirements means the specification which sets out a description of works in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 3, including the technical description of the Enhanced Assets and Network Rail's requirements in respect of those works, as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Works Requirements means the specification which sets out a description of the Works in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 3, which shall include the technical description of the Enhanced Assets and Network Rail’s Requirements in respect of the Works and is based on the Functional Specification, all as developed and approved in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Works Requirements in a sentence

  • Scope of Bid 1.1 In connection with the Invitation for Bids specified in Section II, Bid Data Sheet (BDS), the Employer, as specified in the BDS, issues these Bidding Documents (hereinafter referred to as “Bidding Documents”) for the procurement of Works as specified in Section VI, Works Requirements.

  • When specified in the TDS, Tenderers are permitted to submit alternative technical solutions for specified parts of the Works, and such parts will be identified in the TDS, as will the method for their evaluating, and described in Section VII, Works' Requirements.

  • Subject to any restrictions in the Works Requirements, the Employer shall from time to time make available to the Contractor the parts of the Site and means of access to the Site that are necessary for the Contractor to execute the Works in accordance with the Contract, but the Employer is not bound to give the Contractor exclusive possession or exclusive control of any part of the Site, unless expressly provided for elsewhere in the Contract.

  • If any fossils, coins, antiquities, monuments or other items of value or of archaeological or geological interest or human remains are discovered on or adjacent to the Site, unless the Works Requirements say otherwise, the Contractor shall not disturb them, but shall take all necessary steps to preserve them, and shall promptly notify the Employer [and comply with any instructions].

  • The provision of such Certificates shall form part of the Works Requirements.

  • If the Works Requirements include provision for an owner controlled insurance programme, the parties hereto shall comply with those provisions and this clause 3 shall be amended, as reasonably required, to give effect to such programme.

  • The Employer has obtained, or shall obtain the Consents the Works Requirements specify that the Employer is to obtain.
