Examples of WPG Business in a sentence

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, SPG shall determine in its sole discretion exercised in good faith which Tax Items are properly attributable to assets or activities of the WPG Business (and in the case of a Tax Item that is properly attributable to both the WPG Business and the SPG Business, the allocation of such Tax Item between the WPG Business and the SPG Business).

  • The Parties shall use the procedures set forth in Article VII to resolve any disputes as to whether any information relates solely to the SPG Business, solely to the WPG Business, or to both the SPG Business and the WPG Business.
