WRITTEN DETERMINATION definition

WRITTEN DETERMINATION means a written decision resolving a question or controversy, or finalizing a position within the limits of authority under this Code.
WRITTEN DETERMINATION means a certificate of determination signed by the Treasurer or his deputy relating to the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the 2019 Bonds referred to in Section 7.02.
