Wrong Pocket Assets definition

Wrong Pocket Assets means (i) the Seller Wrong Pocket Asset and (ii) the Purchaser Wrong Pocket Asset, together.
Wrong Pocket Assets means (i) the Seller Wrong Pocket Asset and (ii) the Purchaser Wrong Pocket Asset, together. “Wrong Pockets Adjustments” has the meaning given to it in Clause 15.3.
