If the new service providers are the Public Utilities for those services, then WT&T will quarantee continuos service for those subscribers in good standing.

Should WTT violate the provisions of this section, or fail to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the TOWN may terminate this Agreement if WTT fails to correct the violations within 60 days of written notice of the violation by the TOWN.
