Wynn Massachusetts Project means the casino resort and related amenities to be developed by Borrower and its Subsidiaries in Everett, Massachusetts. “Wynn Massachusetts Project Opening Date” shall mean the date the Wynn Massachusetts Project is open to the general public. “Wynn Resorts” shall mean Wynn Resorts, Limited, a Nevada corporation. SECTION 1.02.
