KNSD LIEN definition
KNSD LIEN means the first priority security interest to be granted to the Lender on the Funding Date, pursuant to the Venture Security Agreement, in the LLC's undivided 99% interest in the KNSD Assets to be contributed to the LLC by Outlet on the Funding Date and thereafter by the LLC to the LP on the Funding Date.
