Real Estate Investment Trust means any Person that qualifies as a real estate investment trust under Sections 856 through 860 of the Code.

Private Securities Transaction means any securities transaction relating to new offerings of securities which are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provided however that transactions subject to the notification requirements of Rule 3050 of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Conduct Rules, transactions among immediate family members (as defined in the interpretation of the FINRA Board of Governors on free-riding and withholding) for which no associated person receives any selling compensation, and personal securities transactions in investment company and variable annuity securities shall be excluded.
Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Tax Free High Income Fund ("Tax Free High Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital California Insured Tax Free Fund ("California Insured Tax Free Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Municipal Income Fund ("Municipal Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Intermediate Term Municipal Income Fund (Intermediate Term Municipal Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Florida Insured Tax Free Income Fund ("Florida Insured Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital New Jersey Tax Free Income Fund ("New Jersey Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital New York Tax Free Income Fund ("New York Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital California Tax Free Income Fund ("California Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Michigan Tax Free Income Fund ("Michigan Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Missouri Tax Free Income Fund ("Missouri Tax Free Income Fund") Van Xxxxxx Xxxrican Capital Ohio Tax Free Income Fund ("Ohio Tax Free Income Fund")
Real estate sign means a temporary non-illuminated sign installed, erected or displayed on a property for the notification that a building, premises or portion thereof is offered for sale, rent or lease;
Other Real Estate means all interests in real estate (other than Bank Premises and Fixtures), including but not limited to mineral rights, leasehold rights, condominium and cooperative interests, air rights and development rights that are owned by the Failed Bank.
Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.
Real Estate-Related Securities shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.
Xxxx Xxxxxx Select Equity Trust is replaced by "Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Select Equity Trust".
Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.
Duff & Xxxxxx means Duff & Xxxxxx Credit Rating Co.
Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).
Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.
Citigroup means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
Private Investment means a securities offering that is exempt from registration under certain provisions of the U.S. securities laws and/or similar laws of non-U.S. jurisdictions. It includes investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partnerships, real estate, peer to peer lending clubs and private businesses.
Family of Investment Companies as used herein means two or more registered investment companies (or series thereof) that have the same investment adviser or investment advisers that are affiliated (by virtue of being majority owned subsidiaries of the same parent or because one investment adviser is a majority owned subsidiary of the other).
