Xxxx Acquisition definition

Xxxx Acquisition means the acquisition of The Xxxx Group Inc. by the Company (by means of a merger of a Subsidiary thereof with and into The Xxxx Group Inc.) as of February 13, 2013 pursuant to the Transaction Agreement.
