XXXX Assessment definition

XXXX Assessment means an assessment by XXXX of the Contractor’s standards and their level of competence and a determination of whether or not the contractor should be accredited within CHAS’s scheme.
XXXX Assessment means the Council’s Contract Management classification as set out in the Specification; ‘Sensitive Personal Data’ means Personal Data consisting of information as to the racial or ethnic origin, the political beliefs, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, details of physical or mental health, sexual life and alleged commissions of crimes or criminal record of the data subject; ‘Serious Incident’ means an incident or accident or near-miss where a patient (whether or not a Person), member of Staff, or member of the public suffers serious injury, major permanent harm or unexpected death on the Care Home Provider’s Premises or where the actions of the Care Home Provider, the Staff or the Council are likely to be of significant public concern; ‘Specification’ means the document attached at Schedule 1 of this Agreement; ‘Staff’ means all persons employed by the Care Home Provider to perform its obligations under this Agreement (which for the avoidance of doubt shall include agency staff) together with the Service Provider’s servants, agents, suppliers and Sub- contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement which for the avoidance of doubt shall include agency staff;
XXXX Assessment means, as part of the Services, the assessment conducted by XXXX of the Contractor’s standards and their level of competence and a determination of whether or not the Contractor should be accredited within CHAS’s scheme (having regard to the relevant standards associated with such accreditation). Clients: means organisations and/or companies that subscribe to use the Services to obtain information on Accredited Contractors. Common Assessment Standard: means the industry-agreed common assessment standard set by Build UK as amended or updated from time to time.
