Xxxx Back Items means the expenses for all third party supplier fees for the purchase or use of columns, standards, tooling, non-standard pallets, PAPR or PPE suits (where applicable), RFID tags and supporting equipment, and other project-specific items necessary for Patheon to perform the Manufacturing Services, and which are not included as Components;

Xxxx Back Items means the expenses for all third party supplier fees for the purchase of columns, standards, tooling, PAPR or PPE suits (where applicable), RFID tags and supporting equipment, and other items which are required solely for the performance of the Manufacturing Services for Client and which are not able to be used by Patheon in the performance of manufacturing services for any third parties, in each case necessary for Patheon to perform the Manufacturing Services, and which are not included as Components;
