Xxxx Back Items definition

Xxxx Back Items means the expenses for all third party supplier fees for the purchase or use of columns, standards, tooling, non-standard pallets, PAPR or PPE suits (where applicable) and other project-specific items necessary for Patheon to perform the Manufacturing Services, and which are not included as Components;
Xxxx Back Items means items and services set forth in Schedule 2.1(a) of the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement that are used or necessary in connection with the Manufacture of the Products and which result in a nominal cost to Flexion.

More Definitions of Xxxx Back Items

Xxxx Back Items means the items and services set forth in Schedule 2.1(a) that are used or necessary in connection with the Manufacture of the Products and which result in a nominal cost to Pacira.

  • Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.
