XXXX Code definition

XXXX Code means the System OperatorTransmission Owner Code required to be in place pursuant to Standard Condition B12 (System Operator – Transmission Owner Code) of the Transmission Licence;
XXXX Code means the unique code used to identify separate Material Streams as outlined in Schedule “A”.

  • XXXX Code components included with the Software are redistributed by McAfee to Customer under the terms of the applicable XXXX Code license for such component, and Customer’s receipt of XXXX Code components from McAfee under this Agreement neither enlarges nor curtails Customer’s rights or obligations defined by the XXXX Code license applicable to the XXXX Code component.

  • XXXX Code components included with the Software are made available by Guardian under the terms of the applicable XXXX Code license for such component; Your receipt of XXXX Code components from Guardian under this Agreement neither enlarges nor curtails Your rights or obligations defined by the XXXX Code license applicable to the XXXX Code component.

Related to XXXX Code

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended.

  • Data Protection Law means the applicable legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and their right to privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement (and includes, as far as it concerns the relationship between the parties regarding the processing of Personal Data by SAP on behalf of Customer, the GDPR as a minimum standard, irrespective of whether the Personal Data is subject to GDPR or not).

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • General Data Protection Regulation GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002.

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
