Xxxx Date definition

Xxxx Date means the date that a xxxx is issued by a Party.

Xxxx Date. The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Xxxx Date is generally the date one (1) day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such xxxx or invoice.

Xxxx Date means the monthly billing date established for each billing account number (BAN) and is the same date from month to month.

• If a Party disputes charges and the dispute is resolved in favor of such Party, the other Party shall credit the xxxx of the disputing Party for the amount of the disputed charges along with any late payment charges assessed no later than the second Xxxx Date after the resolution of the dispute.
