Xxxx of Sale definition

Xxxx of Sale means the Initial Xxxx of Sale or an Additional Xxxx of Sale, as applicable.

Xxxx of Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(i).

Xxxx of Sale means the xxxx of sale substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Xxxx of Sale

Xxxx of Sale shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 6.1(b)(v).
