Xxxx Payment Service definition

Xxxx Payment Service means our service that allows you to pay or transfer funds to designated Payees based upon your instructions to us, via personal computer, entered on the xxxx payment site.

Xxxx Payment Service means the Xxxx Payment Service offered by Green Dot Bank, through CheckFree Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Fiserv Solutions, Inc., that you can access using your account.

Xxxx Payment Service means the Xxxx Payment Service offered by Bank, through our Xxxx Payment Service provider.

• The Servicer shall notify Obligors (and each other Person who makes payments relating to the Receivables) to make payments directly to a Depository Account, to mail payment to one of the Post-Office Boxes and/or to pay through any Third Party Xxxx Payment Service, in each case, in accordance with Customary Servicing Practices.

More Definitions of Xxxx Payment Service

Xxxx Payment Service means the Xxxx Payment Services offered by Credit Union through our Xxxx Payment Services provider. "Business Day(s)" means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Xxxx Payment Service refers to the Service more particularly described in section 9 of this Agreement.

Xxxx Payment Service means the services described in Schedule A to this Agreement, which allow you to make payments to third parties (each a “Payee”) either by transferring funds electronically from your Xxxx Payment Account to a Payee; electronically debiting your Xxxx Payment Account in order to prepare a Check and issuing it payable to the Payee (the Check may not be drawn off your Xxxx Payment Account); or preparing a Check drawn on your Xxxx Payment Account and issuing it payable to the Payee.

Xxxx Payment Service is the Service available for making or scheduling Xxxx Payments and may include e-Billing services.‌

Xxxx Payment Service and/or “Service” means the xxxx payment service that Unity Bank makes available over the Internet and is also a Service under the Agreement. “Bank”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Unity Bank. “Account” means the deposit account you designate to process Xxxx Payment transactions through. "Payee" or “Merchant” means anyone you designate and we accept as a payee. “Payment” means your remittance to a payee.

Xxxx Payment Service means the online xxxx payment service offered by State Bank Northwest and any associated Service Provider as described in Part I of this Agreement.

Xxxx Payment Service refers to a service which permits customers to make one-time or repeating payments to companies, merchants, individuals or Chase Loans or Credit Accounts.
