Xxxx Payment Services means services set forth in this Schedule which enable consumers and small-business customers of Customer to initiate xxxx payments paid electronically and via paper checks from a personal computer or other access device capable of accessing Fidelity’s Online Banking Services, as implemented for Customer hereunder.

Xxxx Payment Services. (referred to as “Pay My Provider” on Service Provider’s website) means services under which Wellmark will pay FSA eligible expenses described in this Agreement on behalf of a Participant. Payment will be made via a check or other electronic funds transfer directly to the health care or dependent care provider. Only payee information inserted on Service Provider’s web site or provided through direct contact with customer service representatives during normal business hours will be acted upon. Mail, fax, electronic mail, or voicemail directions will not be processed.

  • As part of the Xxxx Payment Services, you will designate the Account for payments to be deducted and if you set up payments for recurring payments, then you will receive notification of the amount to be paid from your designated Account, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the funds being withdrawn from your Account.

Related to Xxxx Payment Services

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Employment Services means services designed to assist Consumers with obtaining Employment. Services may include, but are not limited to, application completion, resume development, interview training, and providing access to job listings.

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;
