XXXX XX Efficiency definition

XXXX XX Efficiency means the percentage equal to (i) the aggregate net energy output (AC) of the XXXX at the Electrical Interconnection Point, divided by (ii) the energy input (AC) measured immediately before the XXXX inverter, each expressed in whole kWh (with a fractional kWh amount below 0.5 being rounded down to the nearest whole kWh and a fractional kWh amount equal to or above 0.5 being rounded up to the nearest whole kWh), determined in accordance with the Scope Book and the other applicable provisions of this Agreement pursuant to a Project Performance Test.
XXXX XX Efficiency shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit G-2.

Examples of XXXX XX Efficiency in a sentence

  • If the Measured XXXX XX Efficiency is less than the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency for any annual reporting period (or, if shorter, the initial reporting period), O&M Contractor shall pay Owner, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the amount indicated in Exhibit G- 2 (the “XXXX XX Efficiency Liquidated Damages”).

  • If the Measured XXXX XX Efficiency is equal to or greater than the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency for any annual reporting period (or, if shorter, the initial reporting period), then the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency shall be deemed satisfied for such period and O&M Contractor shall have no liability to Owner in relation to the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency.

  • XXXX XX Efficiency shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit G-2.

  • For each year during the Term, within thirty (30) days after the anniversary of the Commencement Date, O&M Contractor shall deliver to Owner a written report containing the XXXX XX Efficiency during the prior twelve (12) month period and such information and data requested by Owner reasonably necessary to confirm the results of such determinations.

  • The XXXX XX Efficiency shall be measured at the input/output meter(s) to the XXXX.

  • XXXX Round Trip (RT) Efficiency Test Seller shall cause a Performance Test to be performed to determine the XXXX XX Efficiency (“XXXX XX Efficiency Test”) in accordance with the requirements, standards, and procedures set forth in Article 12 of the main body of the Agreement, Exhibit J-2, and the Performance Standard.

  • Seller may terminate the XXXX XX Efficiency Test Cure Period at any time prior to the end of the XXXX XX Efficiency Test Cure Period by Notice to Purchaser.

  • After achieving Project Substantial Completion, Seller may, at its option and sole cost and expense, continue to attempt to achieve the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency until the date that is ninety (90) Days after the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date (such period, the “XXXX XX Efficiency Test Cure Period”).

  • With respect to each Performance Test, if Seller achieves the Minimum Performance Test Requirements pursuant to such Successfully Run Performance Test but cannot achieve the Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency, in the case of a XXXX XX Efficiency Test, the Guaranteed XXXX Storage Capacity, in the case of a XXXX Storage Capacity Test, Seller shall pay to Purchaser the related liquidated damages as and when required under Article 15.

  • If Measured XXXX XX Efficiency for an Operating Period is less than Guaranteed XXXX XX Efficiency, then the O&M Contractor will be subject to liquidated damages (“XXXX XX Efficiency Liquidated Damages”).
