Xxxxx Capital means Xxxxx Capital Corp., Xxxxxx Finance N.V., Chianna Investment N.V., Xxxxx Communications Fund II, L.P., Xxxxx Communications Fund (Cayman), L.P., and/or Xxxxx Communications Fund II (Cayman), L.P.

Xxxxx Capital. Xxxxx Capital has the meaning given in the Preamble.
