Xxxxx Claim definition

Xxxxx Claim means any and all claims, whether asserted or unasserted as of the date hereof, of Xxxx X. Xxxxx & Associates pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 17, 2006, as amended, by and between Seller and Xxxx X. Xxxxx & Associates.
