XXXXX-Compatible Format. (a) With respect to the CREFC® Schedule AL File, the Schedule AL Additional File and any other information required pursuant to Item 1111(h) of Regulation AB, XML Format or such other format as mutually agreed to between the Depositor, Certificate Administrator and the Master Servicer and (b) with respect to any other document or information, any format compatible with XXXXX, including HTML, Word, Excel or clean, searchable PDFs.

  • Such report shall be provided in XXXXX-Compatible Format, or in such other format agreed upon by the Depositor, the Certificate Administrator and the providing parties.

XXXXX-Compatible Format. With respect to (a) the CREFC® Schedule AL File and the Schedule AL Additional File, XML format or such other format as mutually agreed to between the Depositor, Certificate Administrator and the Master Servicer, (b) the Initial Schedule AL File and the Initial Schedule AL Additional File, (i) XML format or such other format as mutually agreed to between the Depositor and the Master Servicer and (ii) Excel format and (c) any report, file or document other than those listed in clauses (a) or (b) above, any format compatible with XXXXX, including HTML, Word or clean, searchable PDFs.

Related to XXXXX-Compatible Format

  • Compatible means the ability of two or more substances to maintain their respective physical and chemical properties upon contact with one another for the design life of the tank system under conditions likely to be encountered in the UST.

  • Incompatible waste means a hazardous waste which is unsuitable for:

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) means a breath or saliva device, other than an Evidential Breath Testing Device (EBT), that is approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and placed on its Conforming Products List for such devices.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • TA2000 System means DST’s TA2000TM computerized data processing system for shareholder accounting.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.
