XXXXX Loan definition

XXXXX Loan means the loan from the U.S. Borrower to Xxxxx on the Closing Date in an aggregate principal amount equal to approximately $681,501,000 out of the proceeds of Loans made to the U.S. Borrower on the Closing Date, which loan shall be evidenced by a note in the form of Exhibit I.
XXXXX Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Daily Simple XXXXX.
XXXXX Loan means the loan evidenced by the 22 Xxxxx Note.
