Xxxxx Products means one or more products that are generic equivalents to the products that are (a) marketed under the trademark XXXXX and (b) approved pursuant the XXXXX NDA or a supplement thereto and/or sold under a XXXXX NDC, in each case at any strength, dosage or form; provided that with respect to any obligations on Impax under Section 5.1.1 and XXXXX strength.
Xxxxx Products means any software provided by Licensor including but not limited to program, platform, configuration, application, patches, upgrades, releases and modifications thereto.
Xxxxx Products means the version of Xxxxx software product(s) listed in the applicable Order Form delivered to Customer under this Agreement, consisting of both software and the applicable end user documentation, with the software portion of such product(s) in executable code only. The Xxxxx Product(s) includes any Product Updates provided to Customer under this Agreement.

Xxxxx Products means mattress and foundation products utilizing the brand names of Sealy®, Sealy Posturepedic®, Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel® Sealy Correct Comfort®, Reflexion® by Sealy Innovations® and Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx®.
Xxxxx Products means any product comprised of (a) a single-stranded oligonucleotide (or a single stranded analog thereof) that is designed to interfere with or inhibit a particular xxXXX, or (b) a single-stranded oligonucleotide (or a single stranded analog thereof) that is designed to bind to a xxXXX Precursor to prevent the production of one or more miRNAs. An xxXXX Precursor shall mean a transcript that originates from a genomic DNA and that contains, but not necessarily exclusively, a non-coding, structured RNA comprising one or more mature xxXXX sequences, including, without limitation, (i) polycistronic transcripts comprising more than one xxXXX sequence, (ii) xxXXX clusters comprising more than one xxXXX sequence, (iii) pri-miRNAs, and/or (iv) pre-miRNAs. For clarity, xxXXX Products do not include (x) oligonucleotides that function predominantly through the RNAi mechanism of action or the RNase H mechanism of action, (y) xxXXX Mimics or (z) xxXXX Mimic Precursors.
Xxxxx Products means all products which Seller now manufactures for Purchaser or Xxxxx and specifically includes without limitation products currently marketed or planned to be marketed under the Mucinex(R) and Humibid(R) brands, or any replacement or successor brand of such brands and also includes any experimental (precommercial) product. The "TRANSFERRED BUSINESS" consists of those assets that relate solely or primarily to the manufacture of Xxxxx Products at the Plant and that were sold by Purchaser to Seller pursuant to the Original Purchase Agreement, subject to such additions, deletions, improvements, and wear and tear customary in nature, as have occurred since the Original Transfer Date.
Xxxxx Products means any product or product candidate employing, based on, utilizing or comprising any one or more Research Collaboration MicroRNAs or any product or product candidate that is an agonist or antagonist of one or more Research Collaboration MicroRNAs, in all cases in relevant amounts to treat, prevent or diagnose a disease, disorder or condition.
Xxxxx Products means Xxxxx'x MLS/Xplorer products, as further defined -------------- in Exhibit A attached hereto, including without limitation all future upgrades and versions of such software, whether or not marketed by Xxxxx under a different name, that Xxxxx Subscribers use to access listings.
