Xxxxxx Funds means Xxxxxx Capital Partners I, LP, Xxxxxx Capital Partners II. LP, Whitecrest Partners, LP, Xxxxxx Capital International, Ltd. and Riva Capital Partners, LP, and any other investment fund or related management company or general partner that is an affiliate of any of the foregoing entities or that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an affiliate of such investment adviser.

Xxxxxx Funds means Daily Fund, Semi-Annual Fund and Intermediate Fund, together with their respective successors and assigns, collectively unless the context expressly requires that the reference is applicable to one of such Parties whereupon such reference shall apply only to such Party.

Xxxxxx Funds means and refers to the Trustees from time to time serving under the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust as the same may subsequently thereto have been, or subsequently hereto be, amended. It is expressly agreed that the obligations of the Trust hereunder shall not be binding upon any of Trustees, officers, employees, agents or nominees of the Trust, or any shareholders of any series of the Trust, personally, but bind only the trust property of the Trust (and only the property of the applicable Fund), as provided in the Agreement and Declaration of Trust.   • Fresh Funds means funds that:
