The Seller engages through its J.X. Xxxxxx Magnetics division in the Business (as defined below) and also engages in the Excluded Business (as defined below).
Xxxxxx Mae The Government National Mortgage Association, or any successor thereto.
Xxxxxxx Mac The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Fxxxxxx Mac The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Fxxxxx Mae The Federal National Mortgage Association, or any successor thereto.
Fxxxxx Mxx Federal National Mortgage Association or any successor thereto.
Xxxxxage The mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument securing a Mortgage Note, which creates a first lien, in the case of a First Lien Loan, or a second lien, in the case of a Second Lien Loan, on an unsubordinated estate in fee simple in real property securing the Mortgage Note; except that with respect to real property located in jurisdictions in which the use of leasehold estates for residential properties is a widely-accepted practice, the mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument securing the Mortgage Note may secure and create a first or second lien upon a leasehold estate of the Mortgagor.
Xxxxx Fargo means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association.
Xxxxxx means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.
Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).
Xxxxxxx means an employee elected or appointed by the Union who is authorized to represent the Union, an employee or both.
Xxxxxxxx means Xxxxxxxx Nominees Pty. Ltd. a company incorporated in the State as trustee of The Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Family Trust;
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by members of the Board, officers or other employees who may possess material, non-public information regarding the Company, as in effect at the time of a disposition of any Stock.
