Xxxxxx Note definition

Xxxxxx Note means the Consolidated, Amended and Restated Promissory Note, dated as of the date hereof, made by 8 Xxxxxx Borrower in favor of Mortgagee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxxx Note has the meaning specified in the recitals.

Xxxxxx Note means the Subordinated Promissory Note, dated as of September 2, 2014, by Borrower and Holdings, as obligors, in favor of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, as sellers’ representative.

Xxxxxx Note means the Promissory Note dated October 7, 1996 issued by Western Rock to the order of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in the original principal amount of $500,000. Lender - see the Preamble.
