Xxxxxx Xxx Account means the account specified as the "Xxxxxx Mae Account" on Exhibit A, as may be updated from time to time by written notice from Xxxxxx Xxx to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee.

Examples of Xxxxxx Xxx Account in a sentence

  • On each Remittance Date, the Issuer will pay to Xxxxxx Mae, by deposit into the Xxxxxx Xxx Account, an amount equal to the Return Amount for such Remittance Date.
