Xxxxxxx Designee has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Designee

Xxxxxxx Designee means each person that any Xxxxxxx Holder designates in writing to the Company to receive, on behalf of such Xxxxxxx Holder, the information to which such Xxxxxxx Holder is entitled to pursuant to Section 7.1(b)(v) hereof; provided that each Xxxxxxx Holder may not designate more than two persons pursuant hereto. The initial two Xxxxxxx Holder Designees shall be Xxxxxx X. Xxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxx Designee. A member of the college administration with supervising responsibilities for faculty. A bargaining unit member may not be a designee.

Xxxxxxx Designee means the individual designated by Xxxxxxx who is employed by Xxxxxxx with a title of director or above.
