Xxxxxxx Disposition definition

Xxxxxxx Disposition means the transactions contemplated by that certain Series C-4 Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of September 14, 2021, by and between the Issuer and Polpat LLC.
Xxxxxxx Disposition means the disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of Xxxxxxx.
