Xxxxxxx Guaranty definition

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the guaranty of Xxxxxxx substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the Third Amended and Restated Xxxxxxx Guaranty dated as of December 16, 1996 made by Xxxxxxx Guarantor in favor of the Lender Parties, the Term Credit Agreement Lenders, the Agents, the Term Agents and the Collateral Agent, as such guaranty may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(l).

Examples of Xxxxxxx Guaranty in a sentence

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the Guaranty of Payment dated February 23, 2009 from Xxxx to the Bank pursuant to which Xxxx has guaranteed payment of the Company’s obligations under the Swap Agreement.

Xxxxxxx shall be subject to the indemnity provisions set forth in Article X hereof and such guaranty shall be acceptable to counsel for Teltran and the solicitors for Xxxxxxx.
