Xxxxxxx Guaranty definition

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the guaranty of Xxxxxxx substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the Fourth Amended and Restated Xxxxxxx Guaranty dated as of March 20, 1997 made by Xxxxxxx Guarantor in favor of the Lenders, the Revolving Credit Agreement Lenders, the Agents, the Revolving Agents and the Collateral Agent, as such guaranty may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty that certain Limited Guaranty Agreement from Xxxxxxx to the Bank dated on or about August 24, 2004, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time, guaranteeing the obligations of the Borrower arising in connection with Revolving Credit Letters of Credit.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Guaranty

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the personal guaranty, dated as of the date of this Agreement, executed by Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx. in favor of Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, in substantially the form of Exhibit H.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the unconditional and irrevocable Guaranty executed and delivered by Xxxxxxx, under the terms of which Xxxxxxx will guarantee payment of all obligations and liabilities of Borrower under this Agreement, as modified or amended from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the Guaranty made by Xxxxxxx in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, in respect of the Obligations of the Borrowers pursuant to Article XII of this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(l).

Xxxxxxx Guaranty shall refer to a written guaranty to be executed by Xxxx Xxxxxxx guaranteeing the accuracy of the representation and warranties herein and the performance of the covenants herein as if he were a party and primarily liable therefor. The guaranty shall provide that Xx. Xxxxxxx shall be subject to the indemnity provisions set forth in Article X hereof and such guaranty shall be acceptable to counsel for Teltran and the solicitors for Xxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty. The Guaranty to be executed by Xxxxxxx and delivered to the Lender on the date hereof which guarantees the payment and performance of the Obligations.

Xxxxxxx Guaranty means the Guaranty of Payment dated February 23, 2009 from Xxxx to the Bank pursuant to which Xxxx has guaranteed payment of the Company’s obligations under the Swap Agreement.
