Xxxxxxxx Guaranty definition

Xxxxxxxx Guaranty means the Limited Guaranty by the Issuer dated April 12, 2009 of certain Xxxxxxxx Fine Papers obligations under the Xxxxxxxx Loan and Security Agreement, as such Xxxxxxxx Guaranty may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time, so long as such amendment, supplement or other modification is not, when taken as a whole, materially adverse to the Holders of the Notes compared to the Xxxxxxxx Guaranty as in effect on the Issue Date.

Xxxxxxxx Guaranty means that certain Second Amended and Restated Guaranty and Call Agreement of even date herewith between Xxxxxxxx and the Administrative Agent, on its behalf, and on behalf of the Lenders and the Issuing Banks, substantially in the form of Exhibit L attached hereto, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time hereafter.

Xxxxxxxx Guaranty means the Guaranty, dated as of February 5, 1999, by the PPA Guarantor in favor of the Company.
